Well, here it is.  After my "camp counseling experience gone bad", I realized I could live through hiking for 7 miles a day, back and forth, all day long. 
 
This experience inspired me to go back to the gym.  I've been a member of the Grandville branch YMCA since 2000, as I weightlifted all of 1999 as part of my weight lifting class for highschool at Jenison.
 
This is just where I am keeping track of my progress on the machines and on the treadmill.
